What to include
For product problems, include the page you were using, what you expected to happen, and the browser or Android version involved. For billing questions, send the email attached to your Trace account, but never send a password or full payment-card details. We use the information only to investigate your request and may ask for a screenshot when the issue cannot be reproduced from the description alone.
Email is the best route for account, privacy, and subscription requests. X and GitHub are useful for public feedback, feature ideas, or technical reports that do not contain personal account information. Most messages receive a reply within a few business days.
