Middle-income homebuyers gain purchasing power, but challenges remain.

Median-income homebuyers can now afford a $331,483 home, up $30,302 from last year. This increase is due to improved affordability and lower mortgage rates, but the median home price is still $400,300.
Despite the boost in buying power, many are priced out. Buyers need an income of $94,032 to afford the median home, highlighting the ongoing struggle for affordability in the housing market.
