After Europe, WhatsApp will let rival AI companies offer chatbots in Brazil

Meta's WhatsApp will now allow rival AI companies to offer chatbots in Brazil for a fee, following a similar move in Europe. Starting March 11, the cost is $0.0625 per non-template message, as mandated by Brazil's antitrust regulator CADE.
