Google accelerates Chrome release cycle

Google speeds up Chrome updates to every two weeks!

Starting September, Google will release Chrome updates every two weeks, cutting the previous four-week cycle in half. This change applies to desktop, Android, and iOS, beginning with Chrome 153 on September 8th.

This accelerated cycle aims to provide users and developers with quicker access to performance improvements and new features, simplifying debugging and enhancing the overall browsing experience.

While the Dev and Canary channels remain unchanged, the move reflects Google's commitment to adapting to the fast-paced demands of the modern web.
